A newly completed luxury service apartment situated in the heart of the city. This luxury service apartment has a classy & elegant glass box Porte Cochere. The façade lighting scheme was design to highlight the tower’s architectural featured glass box, creating contrast between the multiple façade surfaces and increasing visual impact on observers. The project team requested for a lighting analysis to be done to ensure that the glass box is well lit and avoiding any light spill on the other façade surfaces. Swang Space provided the lighting simulation as can be seen in the images.
